Kagemi - Beyond the Metaphors of Mirrors, scatters its unforgettable images and visual metamorphoses. In a forest of immaculate, giant lotus leaves, half-man half-spirit creatures follow a strange ritual, following the forever-changing cycle of life.

Ushio Amagutsu and his dancers rehearse The Kumquat Seed, the dance company's iconic piece created in 1978 that recounts a young Japanese boy's introduction to the world. Entitles Elements od a Doctrine, the essential quality of this documentary is to listen to the choreographer, whose precision of thought is only equal to the almost sacred accuracy of his movements.
