Human Writes/William Forsythe+Kendall Thomas
As part of William Forsythe's one-off visit to Geneva, the Flux Laboratory joined forces with the Antigel Festival for a very special event:
23rd-25th February at the Palais des Nations: "Human Writes” by William Forsythe and Kendall Thomas / The Forsythe Company. In partnership with the Association pour la Danse Contemporaine (Association for Contemporary Dance)
William Forsythe turns the text of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights into a powerful, profound metaphor for forty or so dancers, in the Salle des Pas Perdus at the Palais des Nations. This is a performance which carries the overwhelming weight of physical pressure.
