The aerial fabric acrobatics is a discipline coming from the circus in which complex figures are executed a couple of meters above the ground. Practicing this activity reinforces strength and endurance as well as flexibility and artistic sensibility. For ages 14 and up

This course is open to those looking to gain in flexibility. Different ways of stretching will be demonstrated aiming to gain back flexibility, shoulders opening. For ages 14 and up

Playful yoga course done with a hammock hanging from the celling. To relax and reinforce by doing aerial postures. For ages 14 and up

Also known as “Hammock” or “Aerial Dance”, this dance is realised with the help of an U-shaped hammock made of fabric. Dancing movements and acrobatics can be executed upside own. This aerial dancing course helps to develop flexibility, strength and body consciousness through space together with coordination and artistic sensibility. For ages 14 and up
3:30pm – 4:30pm – Stretching & flexibility – Marie-Caroline Piotton, Aerial Dance Geneva
This course is open to those looking to gain in flexibility. Different ways of stretching will be demonstrated to aiming to gain back flexibility, shoulders opening. This course is accessible to all levels; individuals working on their own rhythm and abilities. Different exercises will be proposed depending on the level of each participant. For ages 14 and up
