In October 2016, Flux Laboratory Zurich has the pleasure to host the Culinary Cinema Nights, a private event organized by award-winning chef Andreas Caminada and the team from Schloss Schauenstein. Celebrity chefs from around the world pair up with Andreas Caminada in order to launch the Fondation Uccelin, a foundation that aims to foster ambitious talent in the gastronomic industry by providing financial and mentoring support. Unique culinary delights are guaranteed and will be complemented by the screening of the documentary «I love Schauenstein», allowing viewers to experience the craftsmanship and creativity needed to leave a mark in the world of fine-dining.
